We are a looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to make an impact! In this role, you will be supporting the sales leaders in gaining market segment share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable company named Panel Builder, Contractor, Distributors, Retailer partners as well as ecosystem such as design firms, electricians, developers, interior designers that add value to Schneider Electric solutions

- Owns the channel strategy and programs
- Defines market and channels characteristics (size, shape and trends) using tools such as TAM, PAM, SAM (Total, Product, Schneider Available Markets) analysis. Completes environmental scan to identify dynamics and key business drivers using market analysis tools (i.e. SWOT)
- Identifies and targets current and/or potential customers using various tools (e.g. Opportunity/Fit model(s), profiling tools, Pareto tools, etc.)
- Define and build a complete segment plan to implement a specific sales and marketing program(s) (ROI type)
- Understands and applies global market strategy
- Develops consistent strategies to strengthen our positioning in markets and enter strategies for new markets
- Analyzes and interprets data and metrics to actively monitor market performance
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of customer needs and has the ability to identify unknown customer needs and differentiate ourselves from the competition
- Expands the customer portfolio with prospects, direct, and indirect customers
- Determines the viability and profitability of potential opportunities
- Applies customer qualification/platforming methodology to target customers, develop action plans, and align resources to increase share of customer available business
- Identifies cross sale opportunities between segments, markets,brands or products
- Platform our business vs the market, establish optimal market coverage and strategy to ensure the right coverage with our offers
- Define the best in class, blueprints and continually update on commercial policies in terms of rebate, MDF
- Set up directions, guidelines and best practices on channel profile evolution, processes and tools
- Responsible to evolve the channel persona experience through program benefits such as trainings, mySchneider rewards, to increase engagement and sales per partner level.
- Implement the appropriate solutions including online learning, instructor-led training, virtual training, job aids, instructional videos, audio/video scripts and role-play exercises
- Minimum of 8 years channel marketing or channel sales experience
- Proven experience support channel sales organisation
- Experience building and executing channel program and execution plans.
- Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred
- Proactive and contributing to the team with new initiatives to accelerate revenue
