Chat And Email Support - Without Exp - Gaming Account

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls (Voice) or manage customer inquiries via chat/email (Non-Voice).
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Update and document customer interactions properly in the system.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; College undergraduates/graduates are a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
• Can work in shifts (if required).
• Basic computer skills (for non-voice/email/chat processes).
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
