Chef de Partie – Pastry
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CDP – Pastry who can prepare high-quality pastries, baked goods, and desserts. You will ensure consistency, presentation, and taste while following recipes and maintaining kitchen standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes
- Assist in menu creation and new dessert ideas
- Ensure proper baking techniques, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as Pastry Cook or CDP – Pastry
- Knowledge in baking techniques, doughs, creams, and decorations
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
Work Location: In person
