Cheif Stewardess - 56m Sy - 4:2 Rotation

We are seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess for a 56m dual-season sailing yacht with a private program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-end service and be comfortable handling fine and delicate materials used in the yacht’s bespoke interior finishes.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys to mentor and guide a more junior Second Stewardess.

The yacht operates between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with approximately six months of guest usage per year. The owners use the vessel for extended stays, often working from onboard, with friends or guests joining for weekends or short periods.

The interior team runs on a 4:2 rotation, with occasional opportunities to assist at one of the owners’ residences for events or hosting duties when schedules overlap.

Ideally looking for someone who could start mid-August so there would be opportunity to meet the owner during this season but they are also open to waiting until Sep/Oct for the right person.

Qualifications required: Pervious large sail yacht chief stew experience, no visible tattoos.
