Key Responsibilities:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the

capital investments, and ensuring financial resilience.
- Develop and execute innovative financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee, forecast and control annual company budget.
- Lead the financial reporting with a keen focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Manage cash flow, risk assessment, and capital investments to ensure sustainable financial health.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Spearhead financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and industry standards.
- Provide bold financial leadership to support expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Strengthen internal controls, audits, and risk management policies to maintain fiscal integrity.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and
innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/MBA highly preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing or
industrial sector.
- A proven track record of driving financial success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in financial modeling, capital investment, and strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in leading SAP system.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
