Responsibilities

• ValueLabsGlobal Solutions Pte ltd is seeking a CFO 1.Head the finance function of the group and lead a team of 50 colleagues on accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury and compliance. • Improvement of key financial metrics on growth and profitability as part of financial planning. • Optimize the group tax structure to achieve compliance and lower effective tax rate. • Strategies to mitigate revenue, margin, utilization, working capital risks. • Strategic business plans for improvement of critical performance indicators and tracking of business performance against set plans. • Institutionalize internal control framework across all processes and ensure effectiveness. • Internal reporting against business plans by segment, information for organization needs and strategic planning. • Manage the portfolio of the group on – Investments in VCs, startups, JVs and other strategic investments • Finance transformation for leaner teams and automated processes using machine learning and latest technologies.

Requirements

Requires bachelor's and master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in accounting or other finance-related studies, alongside the ACCA qualification, or a related field plus 18-20 years of experience in Finance.
