Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Tots Childcare is seeking an Experienced Childcare Manager to lead our thriving childcare center in Prosperous. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can bring their expertise to ensure our center continues to deliver outstanding care and education to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and staff
• Manage staff, budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Foster strong relationships with parents, maintaining excellent communication and care standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a crèche or other childcare facility OR extensive childcare management experience
• Level 7 QQI qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A passion for early childhood development and creating a safe, happy space for children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €17.33 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
