MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
To be considered for an Early Years Educator role, you MUST hold a minimum Level 5 in Childcare or an equivalent DCYA-approved certification.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Knowledge of child development
• Safeguarding and wellbeing
• Health and safety awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to support the planning and delivery of activities, purposeful play opportunities, and educational programmes
• Capability to handle paperwork for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Conduct individual child observations and developmental checks
• Maintain high-quality classroom hygiene
• Document children’s emerging interests

To be confirmed. Opening hours: 07:30 to 18:30
