This is a flexible Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist role, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

You will be at the heart of the clinic — supporting practitioners, caring for our community, and helping the clinic flow smoothly day-to-day.

What the Role Involves

This is a hands-on, dynamic role combining reception, administration, and clinical assistant duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Welcoming and directing patients within the clinic

● Answering phones and responding to emails

● Managing bookings and front desk flow

● Supporting practitioners with day-to-day clinic needs

● General administrative tasks and organisation

● Maintaining a clean, calm, and professional environment

This role is active and people-facing, with consistent movement throughout the day — ideal for someone who enjoys staying engaged and on their feet.

You will be working closely with people at all times, so professionalism, presence, and confidentiality are essential, as we handle sensitive personal and health information.
