Your Role as a Civil Labourer & Operator

As a Civil Labourer & Operator, you will be an integral part of our skilled team, working on diverse projects that demand excellence, precision, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks including excavation and site preparation.
• Operate a variety of machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and cared for.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A team player with a 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and tasks.
• Physically fit and energetic.
• Committed to health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Full NZ Drivers License (WTR certified preferred).
• Experience with heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Site Safe Passport is preferred but not mandatory.
