In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Cleaning & Accommodation Manager lead our team in the Mornington Peninsula region at HMAS Cerberus.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to take the next step in their career and has experience managing small teams. This role is critical in leading the delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement of cleaning and guest service operations across HMAS Cerberus.

- Full-time position - Monday to Friday – hours can be flexible with commencement between 7.00am – 10.00am

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General administration duties (data validation, end of month reporting)
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries, handle questions or complaints quickly and professionally
- Supports the team with a mix of inspections in accommodation and cleaning standards
- Handle budgeting and ensure the team runs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
About you
- Experience in a managerial or lead role in cleaning / accommodation or similar field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to accommodation & cleaning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft package (SAP,Ariba)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police
