We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Client Service Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in Queensland. Based out of our corporate office in South Brisbane, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, build strong client relationships, and lead a dedicated cleaning team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning teams across various sites

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships

• Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns

• ✅ Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Perform administrative tasks including incident reporting

• Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication

• Operate autonomously with integrity and initiative

• Ensure cost-effective contract management

What You’ll Bring

• Management or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry (highly desirable)

• Valid unrestricted driver’s licence

• ️ Clear police check (dated within 6 months)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent understanding of cleaning chemicals and MSDS

• Proven experience managing workplace health & safety

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

• Natural flair for customer service

• ️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
