Cleaning Supervisor

CLEAN GLOBE LIMITED is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join its team in Christchurch. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, and ensuring high standards of service.

Key Duties include-

• Supervising and coordinating the work of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Inspecting facilities to determine cleaning needs and ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Training new cleaning staff in proper procedures and use of equipment.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ordering replacements as necessary.
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and assigning tasks to staff.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations within the cleaning team.
• Handling staff performance evaluations and addressing any issues or grievances.
• Coordinating with other departments or clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
• Perform other relevant duties as requested by management.

The role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate between $27 and $30.

Other requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required for this role as you will be required to visit client sites.

• Excellent leadership skills.
