Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clean room environments and a passion for maintaining a pristine and compliant workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain detailed cleaning records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of clean room protocols and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
