TITLE

Clerical Administrative Internship

POSITION SUMMARY

Clerical Administrative Internship is an entry level internship working with various departments on the clerical needs and support such as faxing, mailing, data entry, and scanning. This is a part-time internship while the organization is busy with some of the projects during summer and maybe winter.

RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES

· Faxing to the facilities and clinics for needed information – medical records, malpractice insurance, etc.

· Sending mails for provider satisfaction surveys and patient satisfaction surveys once a year

· Ez-Cap data entry for various departments

· Providing clerical work for various departments projects

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Typing minimum 30 wpm

· Must be accurate, can work independently and have excellent organizational skills.

· Must be flexible and be willing to task switch as required.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
