Client Relationship Manager

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure their needs are met, their goals are supported, and their experience with us is smooth, positive, and impactful.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand each client’s unique goals and provide tailored support and solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Keep communication clear, timely, and solution-focused
• Spot opportunities to add more value through upselling or cross-selling
• Track and review account performance, preparing updates and reports when needed
• Handle feedback or concerns with care and professionalism

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
