Client Relationship Manager - Remote

We’re Hiring: Clinic Relationship Manager (Remote, Part-Time)

Work from Home | 25 hours/week | $40/hr + Super + Bonuses

At DMMR Australia, we’re improving medication safety across the country by making in-home reviews easier for GPs and safer for patients. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.

What you’ll do:
✔ Call and check in with our friendly referring clinics
✔ Build genuine relationships with GPs, nurses, and practice managers
✔ Help answer questions, spot opportunities, and support referral growth
✔ Work closely with our internal team to keep things running smoothly
✔ Suggest ways we can better support our partner clinics

About the role:

• Fully remote – work from anywhere in Australia
• Hours – 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday (30 hours/week)
• $40/hour + super + performance-based bonuses (including for growing referral volume)

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Love building relationships and are confident over the phone
• Are organised, reliable, and proactive in follow-up
• Have experience in healthcare, sales support, customer success, or relationship management (ideal but not essential)
