R.K PATEL ENTERPRISE LIMITED is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead service delivery, strengthen client relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key contact for clients, developing strong working relationships and gaining a clear understanding of their cleaning and service expectations.
- Complete both planned and ad-hoc site visits to review service delivery, liaise with client representatives, resolve issues quickly, and ensure contractual and performance requirements are met.
- Maintain compliance across all sites with health, safety, and quality standards, taking immediate corrective action where needed.
- Support staffing requirements by assisting with recruitment, inductions, on-site training, and performance management to ensure teams are fully resourced.
- Carry out structured audits and inspections, record outcomes, identify patterns or recurring issues, and partner with operations teams to implement service improvements.
- Manage client enquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client communications, service concerns, inspections, staffing allocation, incidents, and corrective actions to ensure full visibility and audit readiness.
- Produce client service updates and performance reports, track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights that support renewals, growth opportunities, and long-term retention.
- Work closely with operations teams to assist with rosters when required, distribute workloads, and maintain consistent standards across multiple sites.
- Support the setup of new client locations by coordinating service plans, staffing, and initial quality checks to ensure a smooth and successful commencement.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $38 per hour.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible to travel to client sites as and when required.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
