Job Title: Client Support & Engagement Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Specialist to support our growing platform at Orghub (orghub.ca).

You will be the first point of contact for users, guiding them through our platform and assisting with essential legal administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

● Human Touch: Reach out to warm leads via phone call—this is a critical part of the role.

● Respond: Manage incoming website chat inquiries and follow up via text and email.

● Legal Filings: Complete and manage various legal filings with the Ministry.

● Guide: Educate users on how to use the platform effectively.

● Experience: Provide a world-class customer experience in every interaction.

Who You Are

● Confident Caller: You are comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport with users.

● Ontario-Based: You currently reside in Ontario (required for Ministry filing access).

● Articulate: Clear and confident communicator in both speech and writing.

● Detail-Oriented: You take pride in precision, especially regarding legal documentation.

● Bonus: Legal experience or familiarity is a major plus!

Position Details

● Pay: $25.00 / hour

● Schedule: Part-Time (Starting at 10 hours per week)

● Location: 100% Remote (within Ontario)
