Clinic Receptionist

Our receptionist will be working with supportive team environment alongside health professionals and will be act in a manner that upholds the clinic's standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients and guests
• Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and making follow up calls to promote appointment setting
• Handling payments
• Providing exceptional working knowledge of the services offered at Bodymind Massage Therapy
• Maintaining clinic appearance and cleanliness
• Ensuring supplies and equipment are kept stocked and in good working order
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in interactions with all clinic staff, patient and guests
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail

Experience and Qualifications:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Mon-Fri: AM 8am - 2pm / PM 2pm - 8:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 26 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (required)
