Clinical Research Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our dynamic research team. Part time leading to full time. Days of work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trials and research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about clinical research and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and organization of clinical trial documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate participant recruitment efforts, including screening potential candidates and scheduling appointments.
• Collect, record, and manage data from clinical trials using various software tools.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and maintain accurate study records.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with study protocols.
• Perform IP accountability
• Data entry into EDC
• Phlebotomy experience an advantage

Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as life sciences, health sciences, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical research or a related environment is highly desirable.
• Certificate in GCP, TCPS.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in research practices.

Pay: $20.95-$27.93 per hour
