Closing Shift Leader

Are you a night owl who thrives when the rest of the world is asleep? Toppers Pizza is looking for a Closing Shift Leader to join our team! This is a leadership position for someone dependable, energetic, and ready to run the show late into the night. Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. This is a late-night position — our store closes around 3:00 AM, and the Shift Leader typically does not leave until 4:00–4:30 AM after all closing duties are complete.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience

Preferred Experience

• Food Manager Certification
