About the team
The GCC (Global Customer Care) Operations team manages the operational processes and tools used by the department to effectively deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The Intern Automation Specialist will be part of the Automation & Data Analytics team to help deliver the tools and solutions that enable various aspects of customer and internal automation for the GCC.This is a full-time, 8-month position, starting January 2025.
About the role:
What you will do
- Prototype and implement new capabilities for the suite of tools leveraged by the GCC organization
- Work with Solutions Architect / Technical Lead and IT Teams to implement and deploy tools and solutions
- Document solutions and tools deployed to GCC application stack
- Participate in solution testing and validation
- Explore and present new platform/tool features to use in future solutions
- Participate in solution testing and validation
- May perform additional projects upon request
What we are looking for
- A self-starter with 1-2 years of software development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn new tools and technologies
What we are looking for
- Experience developing in Java
- Familiarity with SQL
- Familiarity with interface design and development using HTML / CSS / Javascript
- Programming with Visual Studio IDE
- Experience with Saleforce.com
