Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at our restaurant in the heart of Dublin. As a bartender/mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering beverage recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Create and serve signature cocktails while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
• Assist in bar inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender/mixologist in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Cocktail making experience is highly advantageous.
