Cocktail Bartender – (New Bar), Cork City

Hours: 12–8pm, 5 days a week (including weekends)
Reports to: Bar Manager

Who We Are

Our New Bar (name undisclosed... for now!) is right in the heart of Cork City — a lively spot known for good vibes, great food, and an atmosphere where people come to relax, celebrate, and enjoy themselves. We’re now on the lookout for a Cocktail Bartender who’s got flair behind the bar and a personality to match.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shaking, stirring, and serving up cocktails that look as good as they taste.
• Bringing energy and fun to every shift while keeping service fast and smooth.
• Chatting with customers, recommending drinks, and making sure they feel welcome.
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running like clockwork.
• Supporting the Bar Manager day to day — from stock checks to new menu ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with solid cocktail bartending experience (cocktail development too).
• A people person who enjoys chatting, smiling, and delivering great service.
• Quick on your feet, able to handle pressure, and always up for a laugh.
• Detail-oriented — you take pride in your drinks looking sharp every time.
• Flexible enough to work any 5 days out of 7 (12–8pm shifts).

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
