About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar’s offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
• Wine knowledge advantageous
• Drive for beverage service
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
