Position: Collection Team Leader

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years experience in Collections (BPO or Financial account preferred)
• With at least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive team performance
• Knowledgeable in collections strategies, compliance, and KPIs
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents
• Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of targets
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management regarding team performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
