We are seeking a talented Commercial Analyst to support our New Zealand commercial team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse product portfolio and channels, providing meaningful insights that drive performance and profitability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering weekly and monthly reporting and analytics
• Conducting pay-by-scan analysis and promotional effectiveness reviews
• Supporting price increase processes and trade spend management
• Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams
• Driving continuous improvement in reporting and processes
• Providing financial support for key business initiatives and projects

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Information Systems (required)
• CA, CPA or equivalent (completed or working towards)
• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Finance or Analytics (FMCG experience a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency in SAP, BW, Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
