As the Commercial Area Manager Nordics you hold full P&L responsibility for the Area. You develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy across Retail, E‑Commerce and Foodservice and build strong partnerships with the existing and potential future customers in the Area of Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland).
You report directly to the Headquarters of Dr. Schär in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive KPI’s in Revenue, Margin, Market Share (value/volume) and Trade/Marketing Spend ROI in the Area
  • Build, lead and develop the Commercial Team (Sales and Marketing), including goal setting, coaching, and talent development
  • Drive Business Development including distribution expansion, new channel development and regional partnerships
  • Negotiate and advance business agreements with the trade partners, including commercial terms and pricing architectures
  • Lead the regional processes in close alignment with the Global departments Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Manage portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Global Marketing Department
  • Support Regulatory & Compliance adherence in areas such as product labeling and claims

Your Profile
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG
  • 4+ years of P&L responsibility of a Business Unit
  • Solid experience in leading a team and advanced leadership skills
  • Proven track record in Account Management within the Nordic distribution system
  • Entrepreneurial and values‑driven leadership style with a high willingness to travel
  • Strong expertise in market analysis based on business figures; highly analytical and decisive skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish language
