Commercial Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

The Commercial Executive at DB&B will assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, procurement, and commercial activities across pre- and post-contract stages with local and international vendors. Key responsibilities include resolving payment issues, supporting financial management, coordinating resources, reviewing cost plans and budgets, handling contract accounting, preparing commercial reports, and providing training and guidance to the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial field
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Experienced in advising clients on value management, negotiation, value engineering and life cycle costing
• Ability to work on multiple projects. Excellent time management skill.
• Strong design background, creativity and a deep understanding of design trends.
