Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of commercial governance, contract management, sales pipeline integrity, and process transformation. The individual will be responsible for ensuring contractual accuracy, commercial rigor, and data reliability across the sales lifecycle while driving process re‑engineering and automation using modern analytics and AI‑enabled tools.

The role requires a seasoned professional with 5–10 years of experience, a technology and/or legal foundation, and a demonstrated ability to simplify, standardize, and scale commercial processes in complex enterprise environments.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead end‑to‑end review of commercial agreements to ensure contractual obligations, financial terms, and required exhibits are complete, accurate, and compliant.

  • Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, and PS to resolve contractual gaps and ensure clean execution prior to deal progression.

  • Prepare and validate contract fee schedules, pricing constructs, and financial assumptions for inclusion in agreements.

  • Ensure agreement values are accurately reflected across sales pipeline and contract management systems.

  • Perform detailed audits of the sales pipeline to validate ACV, TCV, and recurring revenue assumptions.

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, timeliness, and documentation within pipeline and contract systems.

  • Track agreement status, dependencies, and outstanding actions, proactively driving closure to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines.

  • Apply sound judgment in escalation management and exception handling.

  • Act as a change agent to embed new processes across Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.

  • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and manual dependencies across contract and pipeline workflows.

  • Design and implement re‑engineered processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Establish standardized operating procedures, governance checkpoints, and documentation.

  • Leverage Excel (advanced), SharePoint, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and executive‑ready reporting.

  • Utilize AI‑enabled tools to improve document review, data validation, anomaly detection, and process automation.

  • Support system enhancements through analytical testing, validation, and user feedback.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams on pipeline hygiene, contract processing standards, and commercial methodologies.

  • Clearly communicate agreement requirements, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders.

  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Finance, Legal, PS, and senior leadership.

What you bring:

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial operations, contract management, legal operations, revenue operations, or a related enterprise role.

  • Proven exposure to technology‑led or regulated environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in business process re‑engineering and operating model improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Legal, compliance, or contract‑focused background is strongly preferred

  • Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, complex formulas, data validation).

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with:

    • SharePoint

    • Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, insights)

    • AI‑based productivity or analytics tools

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including ACV, TCV, recurring revenue, pricing models, and revenue timing.
