We are currently looking for a Compiler Development Research Intern to join our team in Santa Clara, CA.

A Day in the Life:
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement compiler optimizations for application-specific accelerators.
  • Develop and maintain compiler front-end and back-end components.
  • Conduct performance analysis and tuning to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the compilation process.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the compiler infrastructure.
  • Document design decisions, implementation details, and performance results.

Who We're Looking for:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in M.Sc. or (preferred) Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and experience with compiler development.
  • Familiarity with compiler theory, optimization techniques, and code generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical work clearly.
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Nissan Advanced Technology Center in Santa Clara, CA.

Salary Range:
$15.00 - $35.00
Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: (Minimum to Maximum of Salary Range noted here).
