A day in the life

• Assist with Sanctions Compliance by executing the monthly sanctions portfolio checks, as well as daily monitoring and updating of the Consolidated Canadian Autonomous Sanctions List.
• Daily monitoring of our external Privacy Officer email inbox and responding timely to any complaints, requests, and concerns of data subjects.
• Support with creation and review of process descriptions.
• Support with review and update of local guidelines.
• Support the Local Compliance Officer in other Compliance fields, such as Anti-Corruption or Data Compliance.

Qualifications
Eligibility and Requirements:

• You must be eligible to work in Canada.
• You must have graduated from a degree program, such as Business, HR, Law
• High attention to detail and strong sense of integrity
• Process oriented and ability to understand complex business concepts.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• You must be available to work full-time hours (36.25 hours) per week until end of contract – April 30, 2025
