Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor or design-build firm.
- Experience with projects in sectors such as municipal, educational, healthcare, retail, agricultural, or industrial.
- Background in the field (as Project Engineer, Superintendent, or skilled tradesperson) strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Procore, Sage 100, and Excel-based takeoff systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost structures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
