Job Description:
We're hiring a Labourer to support our crews in framing and residential home building. This is an entry-level to intermediate position with the opportunity to advance for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with framing, sheathing, and structural carpentry tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Measure, cut, and prep lumber and materials
• Clean and maintain job sites
• Support carpenters and site supervisors with daily tasks
• Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Punctual and dependable — no excuses
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
