Construction Labourer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as tiling, installing flooring, carpentry, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Mandarin speaker preferred.
