Construction Project Manager

Project Manager-North west

Glebe Builders is one of the leading construction companies in the North West with a number of projects in operation nationwide.

The successful candidate must have minimum of 5 years’ experience as Project Manager on commercial Projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the North West from start to finish. You will manage all areas of the project, including budget, operations, scheduling, procurement, and health and safety.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

Oversee all aspects of the project, including commercial, operational, scheduling, procurement, and health & safety.

- Manage site managers and ensure they communicate efficiently.

- Make sure all work follows planning and building regulations, specifications, and drawings.

- Review construction drawings, identify any changes, and update Procore with this information.

- Be the main contact for the design team and Client rep and address all questions from site managers and subcontractors.

Work with site managers to plan project details and resolve issues quickly. - Create and maintain the project schedule; discuss any delays in weekly meetings and suggest solutions.

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
