Construction Project Manager - Hybrid

SSP Construction is a large construction contractor based in the UK. We have now expanded our operation to ROI working on a large number of projects

We are now looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team based in Dublin.

The role offers a company vehicle, fuel card etc.

We also allow working from home opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Liaise with clients to present schemes, discuss project programming, and manage delivery expectations.
• Lead the appointment and performance management of Professional Teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and issue detailed inspection reports.
• Prepare and present feasibility and appraisal reports.
• Develop and present outline design proposals, including budget estimations.
• Oversee the preparation of full working drawings, contract administration, and tendering processes.
• Mentor and train colleagues as part of the Project Team Leader responsibilities.
• Ensure H&S best practices are carried out at all times.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Meet with site teams on a regular basis.
• Work with all departments of the organisation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a construction project manager.
• Third level college qualification an advantage.
• Great communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
