- Meet and exceed your team targets, including total booked order value and associated margin
- Monitor individual and team performance, implementing strategies to exceed goals
- Ensure team is generating sales pipeline by meeting outbound sales activity targets including daily phone calls, customer conversations, quote deliveries, and order conversions
- Set team direction by developing and executing on data-driven action plans to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with manager peers in other regions to share and implement best practices
- Forecast sales results, track leading KPIs, and report on results to PerkinElmer leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives
- Assess and optimize the territories of sales reps within your team
- Manage end-to-end performance of team members to their targets, facilitating performance improvement plans and recruiting/onboarding new talent as needed
- Coach sales reps on effective selling techniques and provide practical guidance in live coaching and feedback sessions
