Content Analyst Web Design

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Content Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assess and triage incoming website edit requests from small business customers, helping ensure every request is executed efficiently and accurately. You’ll communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify needs, manage expectations, and handle complex or sensitive situations. While your core responsibility is to analyze and guide content updates, you will also be required to directly execute edits when needed. Only candidates based in Central/South America will be considered for this position.

Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm EST

Responsabilities

- Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming website edit requests based on complexity and expected execution time.
- Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to clarify requests, gather missing information, and manage expectations.
- Handle complex or sensitive customer cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Execute website edits directly when required, ensuring design and functionality standards are met.
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, taking steps to improve the overall experience.
- Educate customers on the use of UENI’s tools and platform capabilities.
- Become an expert in our platform to support both customers and internal team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$6,000.00 - R$7,000.00 per month
