Position Overview:
We are seeking a Content Producer & Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing fresh and exciting content ideas, managing social media accounts, creating engaging copy, and executing content strategies for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Ideation & Strategy: Develop creative and engaging content ideas tailored to each client's brand, including social media posts, stories, reels, and TikToks. Stay on top of current trends, ensuring the content is fresh, relevant, and highly shareable.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistency, creativity, and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Write copy for posts, captions, and creative scripts for social media videos, including skits, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, target audience, and business goals to create tailored content that aligns with their overall strategy.
  • Content Scheduling & Posting: Organise and schedule content across platforms, ensuring posts go live at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute content-driven campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and special events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and generate reports to gauge content effectiveness. Use data insights to refine content strategies for better results.
  • Creative Skits & Video Concepts: Brainstorm and create engaging skits, video ideas, and fun content formats that align with current trends and capture the audience's attention.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar creative role.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to consistently generate unique, creative, and engaging content ideas that resonate with different audiences across a variety of industries.
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting abilities for social media posts, captions, and scripts, with the ability to tailor tone and voice to different brands.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms' algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Video Production Experience: Experience conceptualising and creating video content, including skits, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Organised & Efficient: Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and the internal team.
  • Passionate About Social Media: A genuine passion for social media trends, content creation, and engaging with online communities.
  • Bonus Points: A personal presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that showcases your creativity and understanding of audience engagement.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 – $33.23 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
