What We Offer:
Compensation. We offer a competitive salary range of $115,00 to $135,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, you may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, rewarding your contributions to our success. As an early-stage startup, we provide equity options, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth and success. (Please note that salary information is a general guideline. Applicant’s work experience, education, training, and skills will generate the official compensation offer.)

Job Description:
ATG is seeking a Contracts Manager that will be able to effectively:
This role requires deep familiarity with federal contracting processes. Candidates should possess a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance and have demonstrated experience with FAR, DFARS, and related federal acquisition regulations. Professional certifications such as DAWIA or NCMA are highly preferred.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement
- Design, implement and integrate optimal organizational structures
- Define and implement negotiation strategies required to close complex transactions and projects
Job Classification: Full-time Salary/FLSA Exempt
Work Location: We offer remote work with minimal (10%) travel required for in-person collaboration and customer site visits.
Hiring Process: Our hiring process includes peer interviews, opportunities to showcase your technical and leadership skills, followed by a leadership board interview.
About You:
Minimum requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience managing/negotiating government contracts (FARs, DFARs, etc)
- Experience with FAR, DFARs, and government contracting regulations to include firm-fixed-price (FFP), time-and-materials contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions/projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- A propensity for discovery of new solutions and dynamic use of best practices
- Self-motivation and be driven to deliver value; you take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on all client and team member requests or questions
- A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
- Enjoyment in meeting and working with new people; you are comfortable engaging with people at all levels in an organization
- Comfortability with change and multi-tasking; you enjoy learning new concepts and are quick on your feet; when things change, you know how to “roll with the punches”
Highly desired qualities include:
- Experience in negotiating contract types include cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursement and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ)
- Certifications such as DAWIA Level II/III or NCMA (preferred)
Security Clearance:
Employment is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance. Prior access to Special Access Programs (SAP) is highly preferred.
