Key Requirements
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related engineering field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Certified Contracts Manager (CCM), MRICS (for quantity surveying), or relevant legal training (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard construction contracts, as well as local contract law.
- Experience with contract management software, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, or project management tools.
