Title: Controller / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Redwood City, CA 94065

Duration: 0-6+ Months

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm or 7am - 3:30pm/4pm depending on preference

Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour on W2

Job Description: Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.

Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed.

Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.

Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Characteristics:

Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Financial services industry experience.

Strong analytical, technical and research skills.

Strong organizational skills and time management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requires 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
