AQIBHAQUE FOOD LIMITED trading as Tandoor Corner in Hamilton is currently recruiting for the role of a full time and permanent Cook

Requirement: Level 4 qualification or 2 years minimum experience

Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality.
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
• Preparing and cooking sweets and snacks.
• Seasoning ingredients to ensure the right balance.
• Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.
• Completing food safety plan documents for every production batch.
• Plan the quantity for season demands and estimate ingredient needs.
• May train other kitchen staff and apprentices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
