Cook/Kitchen Staff

We are looking for Cook or Kitchen Staff who is willing to work at Hari's BGC (New Store).

The Role

• Cook food using various methods such as grilling, frying or boiling, following standardized recipes.
• Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times.
• Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking the store's food offerings
• Effectively communicate with front-of-house staff and store heads regarding order preparation and kitchen operations.
• Meet daily target or required production of food offerings and ensure products will meet the establishment's standards on food safety and quality
• Responsible for the proper storage of food items
• Monitor stocks and advise on replenishment
• Check all products - actual stocks should tally with recorded ending inventory
• Responsible in reporting and recording spoiled/substandard wastages
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate, College level or College Graduate are welcome
• With knowledge to various cooking procedures and methods
• Attentive to cleanliness of working area
• Flexibility to various shifts
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
