Work as Primary finance lead on all investment transactions and align the acquired company’s finance function with the financial goals.
Responsibilities include restructuring, optimizing cash flow, improving capital efficiency, and executing add-on acquisitions.
Lead the Group's corporate finance function as team head, managing a small team across M&A execution, structured finance, capital markets, and portfolio management
Partnered closely with the M&A and Origination team from structuring through execution and post-acquisition integration,
Manage the day-to-day execution of deals, coordinate with legal/financial advisors, and lead negotiations

Build financial models, conduct commercial due diligence, screen investment targets, and draft pitch materials for the investment committee
