Key Responsibilities


  • Providing a range of administration services to new and existing clients
  • Complete business research and analysis of clients and target companies
  • Prepare memoranda and analysis of business opportunities
  • Prepare financial projections for business ventures
  • Draft partial contents of business plans, information memoranda and other strategic business reports
  • Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities when required


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Current college student studying a business related discipline
  • Some work experience in a business environment would be an advantage
  • The ability to work with a team, on own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Strong IT/Microsoft Office Skills e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
