• Offer additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment following all health and safety regulations.
• Use salon software systems like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling retail items to enhance their experience.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, and customer service excellence.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training sessions and workshops.

Skills
