Cost Estimator – Fit-Out Works

We’re looking for an experienced Cost Estimator who specializes in fit-out and renovation projects and is highly skilled in PlanSwift.
Join our growing team and help us deliver precise, competitive, and well-analyzed project costings.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects
• Use PlanSwift to take off quantities and validate project requirements
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for material costing
• Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate pricing

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out estimation
• Proficient in PlanSwift and MS Excel
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, finishes, and labor cost
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
